 Mucho Más was founded on January 29th 2023 by Chef Julio Machado and Restaurateur Shawn Toups in Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana. Chef Machado was born in Venezuela. He has specialized his career in Mexican Food, and a deep research of ingredients and techniques and opened Mucho Más with the aim of providing authentic Mexican food to the community and an unparalleled and unforgettable experience to our patrons . The other founder of the restaurant is restaurateur Shawn Toups, owner of Lakeview Harbor, a traditional and successful New Orleans hamburger restaurant located in Lakeview with more than 25 years of experience.
