Popped Corn

Pop corn kernels and set aside. (Popped Corn)

In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. (Melting Butter and Sugar)

Stir in corn syrup and salt. (Corn Syrup and Salt)

Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes. (Boiling Caramel)

Remove from heat and add baking soda. (Adding Baking Soda)

Pour caramel over popcorn and toss to coat. (Coating Popcorn)

Spread on a baking sheet and bake until crisp. (Baking Popcorn)
